Extremely disappointed
The only positive point is the location.
Photos and score are horribly unrepresentative. My stay was marked by an extremely uncomfortable bed, paper-thin walls (you will hear everything in other rooms), greasy floors, and only a single power outlet that worked.

I liked the location.
I liked the location. It is close to everything in Hongdae, especially the subway.
The room we were given seemed like it was less taken care of than the one I had the last time I stayed at Marigold. It had cracks in the wall, and broken mirror frame.

Amazing location, with friendly and prompt service
If you're looking for a place where you just need to walk downstairs to be in the middle of a shopping district and eat street, or the bustle of nightlife, this is it. There are restaurants of all kinds arrayed along the street just below the hotel, and the street markets that set up at night are a block or so down at most. There are clothes shops, make up shops, and just shops of all kinds open during the day there too. As a bonus, I found that only a little of the noise makes it into the room; if you shut the window, you can only faintly hear car noises from the main street. Considering that that main street brings the benefit of the airport bus almost literally stopping on the doorstep of the hotel, I can't think of it as a downside. The staff are all helpful and the desk is open at all hours. They are fluent in English, and sometimes Japanese, so you don't need to worry about making yourself understood. The room and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. Any requests made were handled promptly by the staff (and I mean, I asked for something at the front desk on the way in, and by the time I had gotten to my room and set my jacket down, they were ringing the bell by the door to complete my request).
In the room that I stayed in, you needed a certain amount of skill to stop the water from the bath/shower from spraying a bit beyond the bath area if you left it in the holder. Perhaps a curtain would help there?

외관, 로비, 객실 모두 골드, 베이지톤으로 고급져요. 군더더기 없이 깔끔한 느낌입니다. 직원분들 모두 친절한 느낌입니다. 침구가 포근하고 쾌적했어요
선반, 창틀에 먼지가 고스란히... 침대옆으로 굴러다니는 먼지 덩어리... 청소가 미흡하네요 수건 빨아서 먼지 닦고 숙박 했어요.
